120 minutes. If you are organising a wedding or event where the evening reception is in the same room as your meal, she will often arrive to set-up while the room is turned around.
At a time to suit your event, standard prices are for 5 hours of live DJ music with live music features, any time between 7pm and midnight.
The published guide price is based on the act perfroming at a venue within 30 miles of their base in London. They charge travel costs for venues further than 30 miles, and if your venue is more than a 2 hour drive, they charge a bit extra so they can book accommodation. For an accurate quote please contact Tailored Entertainment with your event date and venue details.
Yes - Ultimatum: DJ Live offer a daytime and evening package where they can provide background music during your drinks reception and/or dinner.
This can include live sax.
Yes – all included in the price. You won't have to hire any additional equipment in.
Yes, Ultimatum: DJ Live regularly work at venues with noise limiters. We are happy to contact the venue in advance of the event to make sure we have all the required information to enable us to plan accordingly.

Yes, as long as we have advance notice of the song, we will make sure we have it to play.
Ideally 2m x 4m as a minimum.
2 x 13-amp sockets is fine for our system.
The band's price includes a rider buyout fee. This means that they can arrange their own food and drinks so you don't have to.
“Honestly I don't even know where to begin. We LOVED both Festival Sons and Ultimatum so much. SO MUCH. They were absolutely brilliant and played some blinding tunes through both the breakfast and the evening reception. Genuinely their performance was phenomenal! All band members were super lovely too (though we didn't really get to talk much), and in the evening Ben talked me down from the edge after I was panicking cos no one was dancing at 9pm... must remember on NYE that's early! There was me thinking we'd invited the wrong guests :D But as the evening went on the dance floor got busier and it was packed for midnight. And Flick on the sax was out of this world. She was soooooo good! Festival Sons' rendition of 'It's All About You' that Mark arranged as a surprise for me was so brilliant, as was their rendition of 'Don't Give Up On Me', which was my surprise for Mark. We really couldn't have asked for better entertainment for our wedding and I just want to do it all again. It was so magical. It has also been fabulous liaising with both Lucy and Lian throughout the planning. You've been a dream to work with. As soon as we have footage and photos we will send them across for your social channels. There really aren't enough thank yous to convey our gratitude. You all helped make the day so special and unforgettable. Thank you!”
