What Makes the Perfect Wedding Festival? Advice from I Do Festivals
Wedding season is well and truly upon us once more! We've been speaking to scores of couples looking for unique wedding entertainment for 2018 and beyond, and more and more people are attracted by the idea of a festival style wedding. We can totally see why, too! There's nothing better than bringing the heady atmoshpere of a summer festivsal to your big day.

We spend a lot of our time in fields so we know when we find the perfect backdrop for a couple to tie the knot. Our venue team will search high and low to find you your dream field (as crazy as it sounds your dream field is out there). You have to ask yourself some silly questions like; what is the land used for? Are you about to get married surrounded with cowpat? (with us, absolutely not) Is it flat– you don’t want to be tripping over in that dress!
Top-tip number 2 – Beautiful Décor
Décor can make or break the festival vibes therefore we ensure all our props are designed beautifully in each package. Whether this is hay bales, festival flags, signage or flowers, we have the very best. Festival flags are an absolute must on your big day – they create the festival atmosphere and tie the whole site together. We love the look they bring and the arena they can create!
Top-tip number 3 – Rocking Music
The be all and end all of music festivals is the music! We have such a large range of wonderful, talented musicians that get any party started in magnificent super-energetic fashion. We work very closely with the amazing team at Tailored Entertainment. They help us choose the right festival style wedding acts for the couples depending on the style of their day. One of our favourite bands this year was Jubilee, they were out of this world and definitely put on a good party!
Top-tip number 4 – Cracking Catering
Not only can we offer all of the above amazing parts of your wedding we have our own 5 Star in-house Street Food Catering Company or the more formal Swine Waiter, which offers a selection of food choice to suit every taste. A good choice of food can keep all your guests with a smile on their face!
