“We just wanted to say that The Flyaways were absolutely BRILLIANT. We knew they were going to be great based on the videos online, but I don’t think either of us could have imagined how amazing, varied and ELECTRIC their sets were (including arguably the greatest moment of the entire wedding, when they decided to join in with us A cappella chanting 15 mins of music at midnight when the DJ had to turn off his music!). We’ve had probably 20-30 people tell us that they were the best wedding band they had ever seen, and probably five different couples have told us that they would love to book them for their weddings in the next few years. So that probably tells you all you need to know! In terms of the sets themselves, they were perfectly curated and got absolutely everyone on to the dance floor - starting with their folk rock set (Mumford & Sons, Paul Simon, Chuck Berry all went down brilliantly), and then even more so with their electric set (which was 10/10 right from the start when they learnt a Sam Fender song for us). I’m sure they get this a lot, but The Flyaways genuinely were the absolute highlight of the wedding, and I genuinely could not recommend them any more highly to any couple / event organiser that wants to get a dance floor packed from start to finish.”
