“I have nothing bad to say about Tailored Entertainment or Stephen and the whole experience. Booking him and the communication from your staff has been so professional. You've always been contactable and have replied very timely to any questions I've had. You stay in touch since the day I booked up until a couple of days before the event. Even changing the act when we had to push our date back a year was simple and stress free. I can't fault you at all, you've made it a relaxing process all round. As for Stephen, well what can I say. Such a lovely guy. He arrived earlier than expected and was all set up when I arrived at the venue around 11:45ish, when he wasn't due until 12:15. I chatted to him beforehand to confirm everything that had already been planned and he was aligned completely. The ceremony music went perfectly and as expected. Then his sets were amazing. He is so talented and just added to the day. Even our request to change the lyrics to Sweet Caroline to Sweet Carrina was no hassle and he got the whole crowd involved in singing along. Such a simple set up too, barely any equipment made it easy for him to move from one side to the other between the ceremony and the singing. He said thank you at the end for booking him and I so glad we managed to have him at our special day. The value for money was also something that would ensure we would use you guys again if ever we needed this type of service in the future.
