Instrumentalist can be hired from a live music agency, such as Tailored Entertainment. Tailored Entertainment exclusively represents a host of the best Instrumentalists and on this website you'll find videos, photos, repertoire and links to act websites so you can find all the information you need to hire the perfect live music for you. When hiring Instrumentalists with Tailored Entertainment your booking will be secured by a booking contract between you and the act. Standard payment terms are a deposit to secure the booking (usually around 20% of the total fee) with the balance payable 7 days in advance of the event.
For professional Instrumentalists, a base-level starting price is around £300. At this price, you’re ensuring that your instrumentalist has the requisite skill set, equipment, and production to perform at any function venue in the country. Keep in mind that this is a starting price, and some instrumentalists are going to cost more than this.
Most instrumentalists will perform 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute live sets as standard.
Most instrumentalists take up to 60 minutes to be fully set up and sound checked. Our expert team will ensure a viable plan is in place ahead of your event so you have nothing to worry about on the day.
