Absolutely. All our wedding ceremony acts offer one special request as standard with their booking, meaning they can learn that perfect song to play you down the aisle.

Yes! We recommend about 15-30 minutes music as your guests arrive, and 2-4 songs to be played during the signing of the register.

Absolutely! They will just need a little time to move any equipment over to a new location, but otherwise all of our wedding ceremony acts can double up as drinks reception entertainment.

For most of our drinks reception acts, a standard booking is 90 minutes of music split into sets as required. We typically find it is best to do this as 2x45 minute sets, but this can be altered depending on your plans.

Absolutely! They can do this as part of their standard 90-minute playing time, or you can request that the act plays for longer for an additional fee.

A roaming band is a totally acoustic act with no additional amplification or audio equipment. They also don’t strictly stick to a stage or fixed position. Instead, they will mingle in amongst your guests, playing songs to different groups at a time. They’re high-energy acts that are absolutely perfect for really getting the party started – you’ll often find one of our roaming acts leading large groups of guests in song or getting a conga line going!

Sure! Many of our headline acts offer afternoon drinks reception sets for an additional fee. You’ll find this listed under ‘optional extras’ in the band’s profile – many of our acts also have standalone video promo for their afternoon add-ons. You’ll find these on their page too.

Yes! All our bands offer to learn one special song request as standard with every booking. This can be your first dance, or just a song you’d love to hear that’s not on the band’s repertoire.

Our standard booking package offers two hours of live music, split into sets to suit you and your plans – typically either 2x60 minutes or 3x40 minutes. As standard, the band will be onsite for seven hours, from 5pm to midnight. However, you can request early load-ins or late finishes for an additional fee.

All bands are different depending on the size and the complexity of the production. As a guide, a standard 4-6 piece band will need 90 minutes to set up and sound check. They can do this in one go, or they can access the room for multiple short periods of time – but they will need the full 90 minutes to fully set up and soundcheck.

Absolutely. All our DJs offer a range of add-ons that bring an awesome twist of live music to your booking. These include saxophone, drums, singers and more! You’ll find these add-ons listed under ‘optional extras’ in our DJs’ profiles.

You definitely can – this is a popular wedding entertainment option for lots of couples wanting to get the best out of their evening reception entertainment, and our DJs are great at making sure the sounds on the dancefloor compliment the band perfectly. All our wedding bands also offer ‘band as DJ’ add-ons where the band will MC the dancefloor. It’s also worth remembering that all our bands will provide a party playlist for in between live sets.

Absolutely! For an additional fee, our bands are more than happy to arrive early to set up and soundcheck at a more convenient time if that makes life easier for you.

All our bands have extensive experience working in venues with sound limiters, and all of them are more than equipped to play within the restrictions of a sound limiter without you or your guests even noticing. If you have any specific concerns, you can speak to your booking manager for more information.

As standard, all our bands provide a pre-mixed disco/party playlist to play in between live sets. If you prefer, you can even make the playlist yourself and send it across to the band in advance of the booking. For an extra cost, many of our bands also offer a ‘Band as DJ’ add-on, where they will personally DJ and take requests in between sets.
